1. Firearms Restrictions
The Federal Government requires you to be at least 18 years old to purchase a long-gun, and 21 years old to purchase a handgun. You will be required to pass a background check at the dealer you will pickup your purchased firearm at. Several other state and local laws may prohibit certain types of firearms within their jurisdictions. You are responsible to comply with all Federal, State and Local Laws.
Please see here for our entire restriction policy.
2. Select a Firearm Dealer
As a Federal Firearms License Dealer we hold an FFL License and are permitted to sell and ship firearms around the USA to other FFL Dealers. It is against federal law to ship a gun directly to a customer. When you place your order, we will not process it until we know which FFL Dealer will receive it on your behalf. Please send your FFL Dealer’s License to us via Fax or Email so we can put it on file for you.
– Fax or Email License.
Many FFL Dealers in the national gun registry are listed which are not verified by us because we don’t have a copy of their FFL License. We will need a Faxed or Emailed copy of their FFL license before we can process your order. Call your dealer and ask them to send it for you. Once this FFL License is sent to us we add that dealer to our verified list for next time.
Have them either can send a copy via email to email@example.com
3. Pick up the Firearm.
FFL Dealers have unique transfer charges and requirements. Please be aware of these prior to having your firearm sent. It is best to ask your dealer any questions regarding the legality of the firearm you want to purchase as well as make them aware that a transfer of a purchased firearm is coming to their dealership for you prior to making your order.
Once at the dealership, you will be required to do a background check prior to transferring the firearm to your possession. BEFORE you do the background check and transfer of the firearm, ask to see the firearm. Inspect the firearm, the box, and any included accessories (such as magazines, scopes, red-dots) the firearm was meant to ship with. If for any reason the firearm does not meet your satisfaction: Do not proceed with the background check / transfer. Call immediately.
